These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of City Chef Kitchens’ website and services. By accessing or using our platforms—whether booking kitchen space, exploring membership plans, or arranging a walkthrough—you agree to be bound by these Terms. 1. Services Offered
City Chef Kitchens provides commercial kitchen rentals, ghost-kitchen facilities, food truck commissary services, licensing guidance, and business consulting for culinary professionals. Our flagship location features over 3,000 sq ft of production space, fully equipped and maintained to industry standards. Complimentary menu audits, marketing strategies, and accounting support are available to all members as part of our commitment to helping food entrepreneurs thrive.
2. Eligibility and Account Registration
- You must be at least 18 years old and possess all required local permits to use our kitchens.
- All users must complete registration, including submission of valid identification and payment information.
- Membership plans and rental agreements are non-transferable without written consent from City Chef Kitchens.
3. Reservations, Cancellations, and Walkthroughs
Reservations must be made through our online portal or by contacting us directly at (561) 786-6001. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before a scheduled booking may incur a fee up to 50% of the reserved time slot. 4. Payment and Fees
- All fees are due in advance per your chosen membership or rental plan.
- We accept major credit cards, ACH transfers, and approved third-party payment processors.
- Late payments will incur a 5% late fee for every 7 days past due.
5. Use of Facilities
Users must follow posted safety guidelines, clean their designated workspace after use, and return all equipment in its original condition. No unauthorized alterations to plumbing, electrical, or HVAC systems. Food waste must be disposed of in designated containers; recycling protocols must be observed.
6. Liability and Insurance
You acknowledge that working in a commercial kitchen carries inherent risks. City Chef Kitchens will not be liable for personal injury or property damage arising from your use of the facilities. All users must carry general liability insurance with a minimum of $1 million per occurrence and name City Chef Kitchens as an additional insured.
7. Intellectual Property
All trademarks, logos, and site content remain the property of City Chef Kitchens. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.
8. Confidentiality and Data
Any business plans, recipes, or proprietary processes you use or develop on our premises remain your confidential information. We collect and process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
9. Termination
City Chef Kitchens may suspend or terminate your access immediately if you violate these Terms, engage in unsafe practices, or cause damage to our property. No refunds will be issued for terminated memberships or rentals.
10. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. Please review this document periodically.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes will be resolved in Miami-Dade County courts.
